My experience started positively with smooth sales and a good deal, but things changed during installation. I was told my sink setup wouldn’t allow for the expected filter tap and was pressured into purchasing a triflow tap without prior mention. The installation went well, but the triflow tap was wobbly, and customer service was unhelpful, insisting on full payment or removal. I ended up feeling pressured and dissatisfied with a product that doesn't meet my needs. I have escalated my complaint and hope for better handling of customer concerns in the future.
