Review Time
I placed an order for a multicooker on 28 November and received a confirmation immediately. However, that was the end of the positive experience. Despite numerous attempts to obtain dispatch information or a delivery estimate, I received no concrete responses. Eventually, I was told it would arrive on 20 December, but no confirmation or courier contact has come. The lack of transparency and ongoing delays have made this experience very concerning. I strongly recommend others to be wary of this website. I'm still waiting for a real update or a refund, and my experience has been quite disappointing.
This site is fraudulent. I ordered an air fryer, the delivery date was extended, and three weeks later, no item has arrived. There has been no response to my emails, and many others have had similar experiences. I had to involve my credit card company to handle this.
I think the company is a scam and I’m pretty sure their reviews are also a scam. Paid for an air fryer, no receipt, no air fryer, no comms, no nothing. Every review on this company is non specific, no products named, nothing at all and every furious 1 star review has had the same experience as me. DON’T USE!!
