customer support lacks concern for users. My account has been locked for more than 2 months due to in-game purchases. I have provided all requested information without any resolution to the issue. They market it as a free game, yet progressing is nearly impossible without making online purchases. I have exchanged numerous emails with customer support, and they have not taken any steps to resolve the problem.

Having played for less than a week and spent about 40-50 dollars, I find it unworthy. Everything feels overpriced, and to earn rewards, you often need to pay to overcome challenges. Additionally, there’s no option to send VIP gifts to friends. This game feels like a financial trap.

Avoid this game and don't invest money...

Refrain from installing this game or spending real money on it. During a server merge, my resources were diminished due to technical issues, and the support team was unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem, they offered excuses and acted rudely. They manipulate players' emotions and take away hard-earned resources without accountability. A truly disappointing experience.

Misleading advertising; players should be aware that the costs align with what is advertised. I had my bank reverse thousands spent on this scam. Anyone who has spent money should consider doing the same before the developers close the site or regulatory actions take place. There are numerous cloned accounts and many game servers that are essentially inactive, with players trying to play for free on new servers every week to create the illusion of a larger player base.
