Ordered earlier this month and still no shipping update — no tracking number, no confirmation, nothing. I’ve contacted customer service three times by email and once via Instagram DM, and received zero response on any channel.Looking at other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring pattern. At this point I have no way of knowing whether my order will arrive or whether I need to file a chargeback.Just a reply and a clear update would be enough.
