Everything about Renovated Me from the start has been nothing short of amazing. I had contacted some other GS groups but RM was the only one who didn’t push me into booking. They also provided information about my surgeon including experience and qualifications- again the only one to do this! Ildem on WhatsApp was there from the start, putting me at ease, and communication with driver and Hakan was impeccable. I travelled alone and was so scared but everyone made things so easy. Prior to surgery I had so many tests including ultrasounds, X-ray, ECG etc and met many team members to ensure I was suitable for surgery. The hospital was exactly what you would expect from a private hospital. Dr Direnç was brilliant. Before surgery I had read so many stories about gas pain, general struggles after surgery - I had none of these. He, and his team visited me every day after surgery until discharge. Don’t be put off by how young he looks (he’s obviously found the fountain of youth!) On my discharge day I met the dietitian who went through everything with me, all the dos and don’ts, and gave me my protein shakes, vitamins and medications. All I can say the team at Renovated Me are all top notch and I would recommend to anyone, Also, payments are made to a UK bank. A lot of other companies insist on cash on arrival.
