Terrible experience – deposit never returned!Avoid this company at all costs! I rented a car from Rental Car Tenerife and left a €600 deposit as required. After returning the car in perfect condition, they never refunded my deposit. It’s been weeks, and they completely ignore all my messages and emails.This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care once they have your money. If you don’t want to be cheated — stay away from Rental Car Tenerife.I will be reporting this incident to consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience on every travel and review platform I can find.
