Good service oriented company with professional manner of handling customers and I think the best rates. Made a booking online around 10.30 PM, money was charged to my credit card, the website after payment glitched and I did not reach the payment confirmation page or receive any email confirmations. I was worried for a possible scam but they called me first thing in the morning and arranged delivery of the car the same day. Thank you Shyam for being so friendly. One thing the company ca improve at is the option of picking up the car yourself without having to pay the pick up and drop charges. I still have the car and if any changes to my review, will edit so I can contribute toward helping other customers looking to deal with Amex car rental company.
