Do not rent from Dollar.Before my trip I contacted them several times – no reply at all. Zero support. Had to cancel because I had no idea if the booking was even real.When I asked for the free cancellation refund they promised, they refused. Said my booking reference “not recognized” and told me to call billing department myself by phone. What a joke.Terrible service. Stay away.
