I recently hired a vehicle from Rental Premium and, unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn at the very end. The pick-up process was smooth and everything seemed perfectly fine during the rental period. However, when I returned the car, the company suddenly claimed there was a scratch on the vehicle—something I did not see when I dropped it off. Despite having no evidence of this damage at the time of return, they deducted €100 from my card.On top of that, they added extra charges for returning the car “before opening hours,” even though the company is advertised as operating 24/7. This left me confused and disappointed. They also applied an additional “administrative handling fee,” which was never clearly explained.
