Shocking service – left stranded in Rome with a babyAbsolutely disgraceful experience. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived at Rome airport, the car hire company never even came to collect us as arranged. We called to find out what was going on, and instead of any help, the broker informed us that the company didn’t even have a car for us.No warning, no apology, no attempt to make it right — just a flat “technical issue” excuse and the offer of another booking at double the original price. We were left stranded at the airport with our 18-month-old, in a foreign country, after a long journey, with zero assistance.This is not just bad customer service — it’s outright negligence. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company and the broker who enables them. They take your booking, take your money, and leave you high and dry.
