Rental Premium is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked in June for an August pickup at Fiumicino, including a car seat for my 1-year-old daughter. They knew we were travelling with a baby.When we landed, I called for pickup as instructed. They flat-out refused, claiming their “website was frozen” and told me to call the broker. No apology. No solution. No basic decency. They abandoned a family with a baby in a foreign country without transport.I had to phone the broker, they told us the hire company didn't have a never had a car for us. They knew this and still let us arrive expecting one. That is not just bad service, it’s dishonest. This company operates with zero integrity, zero responsibility, and zero compassion.Rental Premium should be avoided at all costs. They will happily take your booking, lie by omission, and leave you stranded when it suits them. I wouldn’t trust them to hire out a bicycle, let alone a car.Rental Premium, you left a young family stranded, stressed, and out of pocket. You knew we had a 1-year-old with us and still treated us with zero compassion. I will make sure everyone I know avoids your services like the plague. Shame on you.
