The payment system is inadequate, leading to my data being wiped clean. Now, I have to reactivate my account, and I can't even sign in due to their errors. This is pure negligence on their part. I usually have patience with support teams, but this level of carelessness is unacceptable. They didn’t even notify me about the payment failure. This is not just bad service; it feels intentional. They lack common sense and empathy, seeming only to care about taking money without knowing how to process payments properly. Unbelievable.
