I have got to say, I am very impressed and exceptionally happy with the integrity and professionalism that was displayed by Jeremy and the Rentbetter team.First, to disclose I am not a tenant nor a landlord.My brother has a bank account and it was hacked. I traced the money back and there were several payments made towards rentbetter. I contacted the support and in a couple of days, the support staff responded and that they'd look into it. Later in the afternoon, their CEO called me personally to apologise that this happened to me on their platform. Honestly, who does that, they really weren't even the ones at fault, I WASN'T EVEN THEIR CLIENT BASE, but they were more than willing to investigate the matters further. Fast forward, the money had returned safely to my bro's account. With a few evidences and proof of identity, everything went smoothly.If I had brought matters like this to mega corpos or other companies, I would get the middle finger and told to f off for wasting their time. If I hadn't had just signed a new lease with my property agent, I would not even think twice about using Rentbetter. If a company is willing to go miles for someone who isn't their client, it definitely reflects the service that they could provide for landlords and tenants alike. A company with a transparency and is willing to go the extra mile at this day and age is rare and I really wish all the best for them
