I very was skeptical to join as I spent quite a bit of money in the past with other "host" companies claiming to expand the short term rental business. Well, after being with Evolve and Host Beyond and only obtaining ONE booking in about 5 months, I cancelled. Went on my own, made a web site and using only social media for advertising, I was able secure a number of bookings. Couple of weeks ago I joined Rent by Host and found that I am getting more traffic on my website. So for a minimal annual fee, I am extremely pleased with this site. Also the support has been really good. Well worth the money to join.
