Used the service recently on a trip in Seattle, WA and was happy with the overall experience. The site is convenient and it was easy to find accommodations in the area where I wanted to stay. Check in was smooth and the house was fully ready for us on time. I can see this not always being the case, but I had a wonderful stay and would do it again!
