Although the third party admitted their mistake, promptly canceled the reservation, and sent an automated cancellation notice to Carla to process my refund, Carla outright refused to issue it.This lack of accountability and poor customer service reflects a company more interested in holding on to customers’ money than resolving issues fairly and professionally. Despite clear evidence of the error, Carla failed to take responsibility, leaving me feeling disregarded and cheated.I strongly caution others against using their service, as this ordeal highlights the risks of dealing with a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
