I was incorrectly charged for a subscription and can't reach this company at all. The mobile number on their website says ''This number cannot be found''. My account has been deactivated, and the online chat Bot is unavailable. Meanwhile, they have deducted £35 from my bank. I contacted my bank, but they cannot cancel or reverse the pending payment. Extremely frustrating, but this is the reality of making online card payments these days. The bank advised me to avoid making one-off payments, like the £1 to this company, as they have your details and can attempt to charge you monthly unless you request a ''Stop Recurring Payment''. DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY!
