I have just signed up for a seven day free trial and though it says I have full access to contact the property owner, every time I try it takes me back to the page it did in the beginning to start a free trial entering my bank details all over again saying I need to do this in order to contact the property owner. I immediately tried to cancel and it will not let me as it says I do not have a subscription but that it will renew on the 2nd April (seven days time) what an absolute joke of a site! I will be making phone calls to my banking legal team in the morning!
