A disgrace. Signed up for the trial and didn't want to continue because the several places I looked at where posted over a year ago so no use to me whatsoever. Then once my trial ended they send me an email threatening to transfer my account to a debt collection agency! Because I have not paid for a subscription that I do not want. How about have some sense and if you can't take money the subscription ends. It's not hard to do!
