Two weeks ago, I found a house on renthero.be. I first had to create an account and pay €2 to access their information. I did this immediately, but it turned out the listing was a year old and no longer existed. I looked further and found that there were more houses they were offering that were months old, but they were gone. I immediately sent them an email and demanded the €2 back, and they also cancelled and deleted my account. Now, two weeks later, another €39.00 was wrongly debited from my account. I immediately reported this via chat, where I was told I wouldn't get my money back. I then used the contact form to request a cancellation and a refund, but they haven't responded. PLEASE NOTE: This is misleading, and you've lost your money.
