I had a very disappointing experience with the Rentumo website. The platform is very limited, and it is almost impossible to actually find a house through it. The subscription prices are also extremely high.I paid $2 for a 4-day trial, with no intention of renewing it. After the trial period ended, $65 was automatically taken from my bank account for a one-month subscription that I did not knowingly authorize.When I contacted customer support, they were not willing to refund the amount until I mentioned that I would contact my bank.
