I signed up for a free trial with Rentumo UK and a £19 subscription renewal was taken automatically. I cancelled the subscription shortly after noticing the charge and did not use the service.I contacted the company immediately to request a refund. I was told they would refund me only if I left a positive Trustpilot review and sent them a screenshot. When I declined and asked for a normal refund, they refused.I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.I would advise others to be very careful with the free trial and automatic renewal.
