I used Rentuno for several months when I was house searching, then I cancelled my subscription. Then for the past 5 months I have been constantly been billed.
This is not fair at all, I have reached out to the customer service, they mentioned they don’t see a subscription for my account.
Then they asked I provide screenshots, which I did on the 25th of December, 2025, it’s a new year and I am still getting billed, this is absolutely not fair.
Still no response from customer care and the contact number is a U.K. number , but your company operates here in NL. If you choose to be only contacted via email, then at least be reliable.
