I wanted to leave a sincere thank you to the support team, specifically Carmen. I got into a bit of a bind: I forgot to cancel my subscription, and also got a wrong amount to pay. I wrote to support, and Carmen got back to me very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the tone of the conversation—polite and human, without any robotic templates.
