Disappointed with the delivery and how it was organized.The product containers were packed in a thin plastic bag, which was clearly thrown and mishandled. One of the containers arrived cracked.Then began a long process of back-and-forth with customer service / AI — long waiting and endless messaging.It took a whole week to replace the broken container and several more days of pointless, outdated correspondence. Eventually, I received a refund.As for the product itself — I have no idea. Let’s assume the product is excellent, but the second part — delivery and customer support — is primitive and fails to meet the standards expected from a service of this kind.
