Sent two pairs of Ray Bans in May 2019, one just needed the frame fixing - had only worn them once, the other needed the lens repaired. I wanted them both sent back ASAP as I was going on holiday.Heard from Matt in June to say he had tried to contact me to discuss the repair. And that the lense needed replacing so would incur a further cost. Told him to proceed and have not heard from him since! Just got refund through paypal for the service fee, now trying to get the cost of my glasses back!
