I have not received any information on how to download the manual(s). Sent appropriate email with vehicle information and no replies. Have sent six messages from personal email, four from site message and called numerous times only to ring twice and disconnect each time. What is bad is this site was highly recommended. No response from seller!!! Very disappointed.
