My monitor, which was supposed to be repaired under warranty, was returned in worse condition. The repair was incomplete, and the new screen had issues. It seems the repair was not properly tested. Now I'm left waiting for a callback for another attempt, but I'm hesitant to send it back given the previous experience. I would recommend avoiding this service if possible.
