Shockingly bad company. 2 month old Toshiba tv developed a fault and repairtec is used by them for warranty repair. After tv was collected didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks. Chased 3 times to be told haven’t even looked at it. Eventually said it’s unrepairable and that the tv would be returned to me for a refund. ANOTHER 2 weeks later my TV has not been returned. Had to chase again repeatedly and still no tv weeks on. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING
