send of £500 samsung soundbar for it to be fixed under warranty to be called within 2days advising it was not packaged properly which it was and will now cost me £130+ to repair minor damaged. When I have challenged this they are unwilling to discuss only repeating that I either pay for repair or it gets returned to me damaged! I asked if it was damaged in transit it should be covered under the curriers insurance or theirs basically told it was my fault for packing it wrong, yet again it was packed correctly!
