Absolute Scam! A staff member from Repairtech Sent me a flimsy cardboard box to package a £700 monitor and send it back. Courier didn't pack it properly now im being told im responsible for £300 repair bill. Do not let this company try and do your repair! Ask Samsung for another service centre. The staff member was very unprofessional and the company didn't reply to my complaint until i reminded them 3 times.Edit 31/03/2021 - Repairtech have contacted trust pilot and asked them to get me to remove the review based on it containing the single first name of the employee which was unprofessional. Do not trust Repairtech reviews. They get the ones they dont like removed.
