After a most traumatic experience in Tenerife when my father suffered a heart attack on holiday and then subsequent heart surgery, the thought of the journey home was overwhelming. He took complete control of all the travel arrangements, documentation and most importantly the care of my Dad. Tim monitored my Dads condition throughout the journey ensuring his safe arrival in the UK. Tim continued the journey home with my parents, supporting them both to their home where he handed them over safe and well to me. The relief that this service offered to both my parents and me is immeasurable. Tim was confident and super professional in his role. They say not all superheroes wear capes… I think sometimes they just might be paramedics called Tim. It’s difficult to express our gratitude as the peace of mind and support was above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined. Dad’s dignity and welfare was paramount and as my parents are usually well and fit this unexpected event was made so much easier with this amazing service.
