My one connect box of my Samsung QLEd was broken. Replace4u had a replacement on stock. Delivery of the article was really fast. Technical support was sublime. They offered me that If my Connectbox was not broken I could sent the replacement back and get a refund. If you have a broken tv don’t run for a new one, first visit replacement4u :)
