Bought lenses and mailed my frames in. I checked their webpage box that says " let us contact your optomotrist and get your prescription details for you". ok, that sounds good. Three days AFTER they recieved my lenses (i tracked the shipment) they contact me.. "
hey, we can't get your prescrition info becuase of privacy laws". ..then why present it as an option?
I email my prescription that day. Four days later I get an e-mail "thanks for the info".
Fast forward 11 days...nothing. no word, no response to e-mails. Nothing.
