I paid to evaluate it, used ZERO credits, and requested a refund shortly afterward. The customer service is appalling. The AI chat sends you to email support, which completely ignores your messages. I sent three emails over ten days and received no response. When I finally got a reply through chat, it was a cold, automated “no refunds.” There was no explanation, no empathy, and no accountability. This service clearly lacks respect for customer satisfaction. The “free trial” is intentionally misleading, and once they have your payment, you are left to manage on your own. This has been one of my worst experiences with a software service. Avoid it at all costs.
