I tried to withdraw my gains. My request got rejected without any explanation, so I reached out to the team for clarifications and they told me that my email address (that is from Apple) was not from a trustworthy provider and I should use Google, Yahoo or Outlook instead.The thing is that they do not allow to update the email address and won't do it themselves.They also told me to resubmit my withdrawal request but they reset my balance to $0 because of "policy violation" and won't restore it. As it appears, using an email address from Apple is a policy violation...So they will never pay the 2 years of gains I made.
