This situation involves a loan that was fully paid off, and a simple paper check refund should have been sent. Instead, this seems like a strategy to withhold the small refund I am due. Additionally, these loans have extremely high interest rates (up to 34%) with daily accruing interest, making it very challenging to pay off early.
