On September 5th, I placed an order with Reproduction Gallery, requesting them to transform an AI-generated image into an oil painting. I had specifically highlighted some imperfections in the AI-generated image that needed correction. Unfortunately, the painting took a full month to complete, and when I received the photos of the artwork, it was evident that the identified deficiencies had been overlooked and replicated by the artist.Subsequently, it took an additional 10 days for me to receive a response to my email where I had requested these adjustments. Despite my clear expression of dissatisfaction and a detailed list of required corrections in my last email, Reproduction Gallery unilaterally cancelled my order and issued a refund. They did not provide a reason for the cancellation, leaving me with the impression that they were not prioritizing customer satisfaction and the reputation of their company.
