Had an absolute terrible experience with this company. Do not go any where near them....They are in constant communication with you when you are purchasing their service and then as soon as you're having issues or challenges, their team is no where to be found. No one responds to emails or phone calls....It's like you absolutely do not exist to them anymore. Has to be some of the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever dealt with. Was really disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience. Unfortunately the rep we were pushed to select didn't meet our quality expectations and instead of trying to work with us, the company completely started to ghost us. Would recommend others to be warned....When things are going well you will hear from them, but when they are not you will probably be treated the same way.
