I was in a real rush to get a vivarium delivered after being let down by a previous supplier. The team were helpful and responsive on the online chat when I explained the time constraint and assured me they weren't affected by any known delays etc.
Vivarium and accessories all arrived in perfect working order. The viv is actually much nicer than I expected from the pics online. I have taken off a star purely because the delivery was a day later than advised, even after they checked with the courier and gave me a 2h window, it actually came about 17hours after that. It's a courier issue really, but there is no live tracking. If you're in an urgent rescue situation, or just can't wait at home indefinitely, you may struggle. Otherwise though, I was impressed how easy it was to speak to someone online, and with the quality of products, and I would definitely order from them again. I work from home so the delivery situation - although it caused an issue this time - wouldn't be an issue for me in normal circumstances. This will still be my first stop for any reptile needs in future.
