Thieves.. find somewhere else to order from.

I placed an order with these people in 2021. It was for my daughter that had just lost her dad. She never got her order and she never received her money back. We called many times both her and I and it was just an endless loop. As if her heart wasn't already broken enough with a wound i couldnt just put a bandage on and kiss it better.. For over a year she kept a constant check on both porches and even inside the mailbox despite me telling her a package would not fit in there.. She was a wreck for a long time after her birthday money was stolen. I still have the confirmation email with the invoice from them about her order.

Almost three years ago

Almost three years ago, before covid started, I had placed an order. In 30 days it'll be shipped (I think). Was excited to get my package. A couple months passed, I emailed about my package, I got no response. More months passed, I email again. I finally got a response, but received bad news. Sellers husband was ill. Seller told me that they were going to check up on the orders and they will soon ship my package. As I waited, months passed. Still no package! I emailed again feeling angry and frustrated. What is going on with my package!? The other end went dark. No one has emailed me or refunded me or sent my package. It is September of 2023 and I am still waiting for my package. That is more than enough time. It should have been here by now!

Never received my order

I ordered a Tiger Salamander from reptilecity.com in October. It's now December and I haven't received anything from them via mail, email, or phone. They ignore emails and don't allow their phones to ring. Time to contact the fraud department of my bank and report them all over the internet. I suggest all to stay away from this place.

The worst ever in the whole United States

Very BAD business and HORRIBLE customer service. They charge your bank immediately but will never send over any shipment. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. Still struggling with them for a refund. It is a pure SCAM, KEEP AWAY! Have reported to the FTC and IC3 for a malpractice.

Placed an order last May. Over $60 and never recieved a thing. Back when they would actually answer the phone I was told numerous times that my lizards were shipping. It never happened. We're coming up on a full year now. 100% theft!!!! Buyers, please do not even consider using this horrific company.

These people are criminals

These people are criminals. When you take money for goods or services that you don’t provide.... that’s theft, plain and simple. I see I’m not the only one. Incidentally Felton told me he was going through a divorce! That’s why I’ve been waiting 2months for nothing! Still no refund! How can this happen to so many and this business can still advertise and scam people? And he’s in Texas? Shameful!
