I manage a large group of over 12,000 pet owners and shared my referral link. More than 10 people confirmed they ordered a box and set up an account through my link, and I suspect many more used it without confirming. However, not a single one tracked. I reached out to support and spoke with a representative who said I’d need personal details about my referrals before they would even investigate. I can understand one or two not tracking, but none at all is quite absurd! I will be informing my group that this service is not reliable.
