Placed my earring order Oct 4 for Halloween. It’s now Dec 16 and nothing has show up. Sent many emails and all they say it it’s enroute. Can’t cancel and can’t refund. Finally, left a comment on their instagram and Nov 13 and at first got msg that they are looking into my case. Dec 4 got a msg that a refund will be issued. It’s now Dec 16 and still nothing. Poor customer service and unreliable company.
