I had a really poor experience with my order. The shipping was delayed several times, and by the time the item was finally sent out, I had already moved houses. I politely requested that the parcel be redirected, as the courier service allows, but my messages were either ignored or met with unhelpful replies such as “can’t be done, track parcel here.”I eventually had no choice but to divert the parcel to a locker, after which it should have been returned to the sender so I could receive a refund. Instead, after days of chasing for a valid response, I was told: “we can’t process a refund, please collect your parcel.”I now live extremely far from the previous address and collecting the parcel is not an option. The lack of assistance, refusal to resolve the issue, and dismissive communication has been incredibly disappointing. Genuinely awful service.
