Like another reviewer, I was led to this site while trying to make an online restaurant booking in Sicily. It seemed like the necessary booking process. I did not intend to subscribe to any service knowingly. The following month, a $89 AUD subscription charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately canceled the 'subscription' and received confirmation, but I have not heard back regarding my request for a refund. Such unethical tactics. The one-star rating is merely because I couldn't leave it blank. I never wanted this service in the first place. Avoid this site for restaurant bookings in Italy.
