As a customer since 2017, I have noticed a decline in service quality. While it was never outstanding, I could at least get in touch with someone or receive a callback. In recent years, the service has worsened significantly, prompting me to consider switching providers. A recent complex issue required a referral to Compliance, but I have yet to receive any communication from them. My business website has been down for over two days, and the responses from everyone else have been dismissive, treating my issue as trivial. After more than 48 hours without resolution, I'm still unable to restore my service. It's time to find a new provider... I'm very disappointed.
