I purchased a clothing box for over €400, believing the items would be handpicked, clean, and undamaged as advertised. This was not the case. After many messages, we agreed I could return 10 items for a partial refund. I sent them back as promised. Now, more than two months later, I am still waiting for my €130 refund. Although the items were accepted, my money has not been returned. I want this issue resolved promptly. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller!
