I bought a clothing box for over €400, expecting handpicked, clean, and undamaged items. This was not the reality. After many communications, we agreed I could return 10 items for a partial refund. I returned the items as planned. Now, over two months later, I still haven't received my €130 refund. While the items were accepted, my money has yet to be returned. I am still waiting for my refund and want this resolved quickly. I highly advise against purchasing from this seller!
