I thought I was in an Australian site , only to find it was u s , I had made a mistake in my booking dates and of course the no refund for cancellation which you don’t find out until you have paid. I did receive a refund as I rebooked but it took two weeks and even though the staff are extremely polite people should know up front that it’s in the u s , and there is no refund if you cancel , they do not have a cooling off period and making money even if it’s a simple error. Seems wrong to me
