Called to change flight. I thought I was speaking to Jet Blue agent. Told them online it showed $500.00 change fee but they told me it was $680.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor (they still led me to believe they were Jet blue agents)He told me the reason for the increase was that alot of people were booking there vvegas to boston that night. (I was flying Mint class) When I looked at my Jet blue card there was $180.00 fee forreservation Centre LLC and $500.00 for Jet Blue. Shame on me.
